1. Head of Research & Consulting Support

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate research activities for both academic programs and consulting assignments.
  • Support the preparation of research reports, consulting deliverables, and policy papers.
  • Provide analytical and technical support to consulting projects.
  • Ensure quality, rigor, and timely completion of research outputs.
  • Contribute to knowledge development, publications, and evidence-based advisory services.

Key Requirements:

  • Master’s Degree in Economics or MBA from a recognized university.
  • MPhil or PhD in a relevant field will be preferred.

Experience & Competencies:

  • Strong background in research, policy analysis, and consulting assignments.
  • Proven ability to manage research projects, data analysis, and report preparation.
  • Excellent analytical, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to coordinate with academic institutions, industry stakeholders, and consulting clients.

2. Placement Officer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure internships, traineeships, and job placements for students.
  • Build and maintain relationships with employers and industry partners.
  • Organize recruitment drives, career fairs, and employer engagement events.
  • Conduct mock interviews, CV workshops, and employability training sessions.
  • Ensure academic and regulatory compliance with university and MoE guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate placement records and documentation.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, HR, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in placement services or academic administration.
  • Strong industry network and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of academic compliance and reporting.

3. Librarian

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize library resources.
  • Maintain the library cataloging system and ensure proper classification of materials.
  • Assist students and faculty in locating academic resources and research materials.
  • Monitor borrowing and returning of books and maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure a quiet, organized, and student-friendly library environment.
  • Coordinate acquisition of new books and learning resources based on academic needs.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree completed.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in library management.
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Proficiency in library systems and cataloguing.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
