The hospital issued the notice on 2082/05/05 to inform eligible Nepali citizens to fill the temporary positions at TUTH.

- Application Submission Deadline: Bhadra 11, 2082 (August 27, 2025) for Clinical Registrar and Bhadra 19, 2082 (September 4, 2025) for Health Assistant
- Application Fee: Rs. 2,500 for Clinical Registrar and Rs. 2,000 for Health Assistant
- Age Limit for Clinical Registrar: Must be 21 years and not exceed 45 years.
- Age Limit for the Health Assistant: Must be 18 years of age and not exceed 40 years. For women, the age limit is 45 years.
- Contact Date: Bhadra 15, 2082 (August 31, 2025) for Clinical Registrar and Bhadra 27, 2082 (September 12, 2025) for Health Assistant
- Type of Examination: Written and interview (Interview not required for the Health Assistant position).

- Copies of all academic certificates from SLC (School Leaving Certificate) and above.
- Copy of Nepali citizenship certificate.
- Copy of registration certificate/license from the relevant authority.
- A copy of the Equivalence Certificate is required for those who have studied abroad.
