Vacancies for Assistant Professor: TU Service Commission

The Tribhuvan University (T.U.) Service Commission, Kirtipur, has released the notice for the written examination for the post of Associate Professor under the open competition.

The multi-phase examination is officially set to commence on December 13, 2025 (2082 Mangsir 27). The Associate Professor vacancies were initially advertised by the T.U. Service Commission Office on June 4, 2025 (2082 Jestha 21).

• The first phase of the examination will be conducted for subjects related to the Institute of Medicine (IoM).
• The examination schedule for subjects related to other academic institutes will be published sequentially on the Commission's website.

3. Eligibility:  Passed Master's level in respective subjects and have done PhD/ Doctorate in Medicine (DM), Master of Surgery (MCh), or equivalent degrees recognized by Tribhuvan University. And published at least two papers in Nature Indexed or SCImago Journal Ranking Q1 journals as a primary author.
