Kathmandu University School of Education (KUSOED), through its Department and Centers, is seeking a qualified Nepali professional to serve as a Research Assistant (RA) on a contract basis emphasizing a commitment to continuous learning and dynamic contributions to the common good.
The position is based at the Hattiban-complex and falls under the leadership of the UNESCO Chair in Teacher Education.KUSOED is a premier teaching and research institution that collaborates with communities through Bachelor, Master, MPhil, PhD, and Postdoctoral programs; funded research projects; and community engagement programs through the Continuing and Professional Education Center (CPEC), Writing and Communication Center (WCC), and the School Counselling and Wellbeing Support Center (SCWSC), among others. KUSOED also champions the offering of microcredentials, credit accumulation, and needs-based programs across schools, colleges, and universities in Nepal and beyond.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct research studies, desk reviews, and data collection and compilation.
- Produce research reports, summaries, policy briefs, and relevant documents.
- Contribute to the design of the new programs and activities.
- Contribute to the development of community-based programs, courses, workshops, training sessions, and educational activities.
- Contribute to the collaboration with national and international educational institutions.
- Collaborate with team members, researchers, and stakeholders involved.
- Relevant tasks as directed by the Focal Person of COE.
