Eligibility: Applicants must be currently serving as a part-time/adjunct teacher in the respective central department or affiliated campus.
Documents Required:
- Copies of academic certificates from Master’s level onwards.
- Copy of Nepali citizenship certificate.
- Biodata (personal information) – four copies.
- Copies of scholarly and research publications, including the journal cover page, table of contents, and full article; the journal must have an ISSN number.
- Copy of the submission letter for books submitted to the Central Library, Kirtipur, Kathmandu, along with one copy each of reference books and textbooks; submitted books must have an ISBN number.
- Copies of short research/project reports along with completion certificates.
- Recommendation letter from the central department or campus for thesis supervision, specifying the student’s name, thesis title, and the date of the final viva.
- Original appointment letter.
- A recommendation letter from the central department or campus indicating continuity and duration of service.
- A recommendation letter from the central department or campus specifying teaching workload for the last three years.
- Copies of equivalency or level-certification documents for degrees obtained outside Mid-Western University, Surkhet, or Tribhuvan University, Kathmandu.
- Original voucher of fee deposited
