- Interested candidates must submit certified copies of their academic certificates from SLC onwards (original certificate, transcript, and character certificate),

- A copy of their Nepali citizenship, and
- A biodata.
- The original voucher of the deposited fee, along with the duly filled application form, must be submitted to the office of the Graduate School of Engineering, Dean's Office, within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice.
