By integrating technical vocational subjects alongside traditional academics, the school aims to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and the practical needs of the local agricultural economy.

The pedagogy at the school is a blend of the National Curriculum of Nepal and practical, field-based learning. In the primary levels, the school emphasizes child-friendly teaching environments (ECD). For secondary and higher secondary levels, particularly in the technical streams, the teaching methodology shifts toward hands-on training, where students participate in field-based agricultural projects and laboratory experiments. Teachers use a mix of traditional classroom lectures and modern instructional aids.
