About Us

Established in 2027 BS, Ram Shah Secondary School is a leading government school in Tanahun district. It is situated in Aanbukhaireni-3, Tanahun. Established in 2042 BS, the school has offered the plus-two program since 2057 BS. It has adopted a full-fledged English medium from Nursery to grade five and both English and Nepali medium from grade six to ten. It offers a plus two program in Science, Management, and Education, affiliated with NEB. Currently, more than 1800 students are studying here.

Spread over 88 ropanis of land, Ram Shah Secondary School is rich in physical infrastructure. The school has four buildings with well-equipped science and computer laboratories, a well-stocked library, and well-furnished classrooms. With a vision to promote IT education, the school has introduced computer classes for grades 6 and 7. The school operates both day and plus-two programs during the day shift, in accordance with the School Sector Reform Program.

Ram Shah Secondary School is committed to enhancing its educational quality within a supportive environment. The school offers optional subjects at the secondary level and has also introduced an additional English period for Plus Two students, helping them achieve better academic results.
