Gyanodaya Secondary School (GSS) is one of the excellent community based government supported school across the country.

GSS provides a platform for the students to explore their potentials. The sole objective of this school is to provide quality education. It was established in 2020 B.S. by the help of local people as a community level school. The school is working very hard to excel and maintain quality in which it has been succeeding to a great extent.

GSS is currently running upto grade 11 and 12 in Science and Management under National Examination Board (NEB). The school has also been awarded in regional and national levels for its educational achievements. GSS believes in the overall development of the students.

ICT facilitated classrooms

Gyanodaya Sec. School has more than 40 note books ,60 i pods, 40 dual core computers with high resolution computer LCD screens, scanners and printers. Computer Lab, smart class and ICT class rooms are equipped with Wi-Fi enabled computers, projectors and latest teaching aids. Ministry of education Nepal has enabled the school to provide world class technology education to all our students.

Transportation

School is providing bus service for students who are coming from far distance. Specially, the student from Sitapaila, Swoyambhu, Banasthali, Bishnumati Link Road, Balkhu and Kalimati choose the bus service. Naikap, Satungal and Thankot area, we serve bus in Next year only as the road construction is continuing in that area.

Amiable learning environment

Gyanodaya School has stood as an outstanding school among the community based schools. The citizens, the locals, committees, agencies, NGOS/INGOS, government everyone and every sectors continuously helping this school at any moment.

Laboratory

Well equipped separate physics,chemistry,biology and advance ICT computer laboratory is present in the school. For Science students well facilitated Physics, chemistry, Biology labs are organized. Computer labs have hi-speed wi-fi for the easy research of the students. Classrooms are well equipped with an emerging smart board, 40 tablets and other equipments.

This is the first step of the school to establish in ICT field. Hotel Management Laboratory is unique feature of Gyanodya School. Students get practice of cooking and other training in School. A big Presentation hall is present where students give their presentation with the help of projectors and make good discussion.
