Pyuthan Municipality is one of the 9 municipalities in Pyuthan District of Lumbini Province. As per the 2021 census, the municipality has a total population of 42,130, comprising 18,879 males (44.8%) and 23,251 females (55.2%), with a literacy rate of 84.46%.
