Damak Municipality is one of the 15 municipalities in Jhapa District of Koshi Province. As per the 2021 census, the municipality has a total population of 107,227, comprising 50,819 males (47.4%) and 56,408 females (52.6%), with a literacy rate of 87.99%. Spanning 70.86 square kilometers, Damak Municipality exhibits the population density of 1,513 people per square kilometer. Administratively, it is divided into 10 wards.
