Asha Shiksha Sadan

Asha Shiksha Sadan is a private school located in Suryabinayak Municipality, Bhaktapur district, within Bagmati Province. The school provides education from Early Childhood Development (ECD) to Grade 6 and places strong emphasis on ensuring access to quality education for children from diverse social and economic backgrounds. Established in March 2022, the school initially enrolled students from playgroups through kindergarten, including children from orphan homes and the local community.

The school is managed and operated by Asha for Children Foundation, a charitable organization established in 2020 to promote the right to quality education for underprivileged children in Nepal. Asha Shiksha Sadan follows an inclusive approach, providing education regardless of faith, ethnicity, or gender, and prioritizes children from marginalized and vulnerable communities. Its guiding principle, “Equality in Education,” reflects the school’s commitment to reducing educational disparities.

Alongside academic learning, the school supports students’ overall well-being by providing nutritious meals during school hours and ensuring access to basic facilities in a hygienic environment. The institution believes that education is a fundamental human right and aims to support children who may otherwise have limited access to formal schooling.
