The University Grants Commission has published a notice as per the provisions mentioned in the University Grants Commission Program Procedure 2082 to provide 'Special Research Grants' for researching subjects of national importance and policy-related matters necessary and useful for the Commission, universities, and government bodies. This notice is for Research Centers under Universities to submit proposals for research on the following titles as specified in the Terms of Reference (ToR) by the deadline of 2082/10/02.
Research Topics:
- Student Outmigration from Nepal: Drivers and Policy Responses
- Impact and Effectiveness of Scholarship and Equity Grants on Higher Education in Nepal
The aforementioned research projects will be conducted within the budget framework of Field-Based Research (Category B) under the Collaborative Research Grant, as outlined in the Commission's Program Procedure.
