Note
- Candidates are requested to deposit application fee in accounts of Faculty of Science & Technology PU of Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank Ltd A/c No. 01713400026667000007. The student can also make online payments in the above accounts.
- Those who have completed their undergraduate degree within two years of the application deadline (2083/01/07) are eligible to apply. The number of scholarship quotas may be subject to change.
- If the minimum number of students required by the university for full-fee programs is not enrolled and the program cannot be conducted, the scholarship will not be provided to the selected students for that program.
- Those undergraduate students who have passed all the courses (exams) up to 7th Semester and appeared in the 8th Semester Exams can also apply for provisional admission. Such students must submit the transcript within 3 days of the publication of Entrance Examination Pass List.
Required Documents to be Submitted:
1. Applicants studying in government/community schools must submit self-attested copies of the following documents along with the application:
(a) Copy of Nepali citizenship certificate
(b) Certified copy of character certificate and marksheet/transcript of SEE/SLC or equivalent examination
(c) Recommendation letter certifying that the applicant has permanently resided within the metropolitan/sub-metropolitan/municipal area, issued by the concerned local authority
(d) Certified copy of transcript and character certificate of Grade 10 or equivalent examination
(e) Certified copy of transcript and character certificate of Grade 12 or equivalent examination
(f) Certified copy of caste/ethnicity certificate issued by the National Inclusion Commission or the concerned District Administration Office (if applicable)
(g) Certified copy of Indigenous/Janajati certificate issued by the National Foundation for Development of Indigenous Nationalities or the concerned local authority (if applicable)
(h) Certified copy of Dalit caste certificate issued by the National Dalit Commission or the concerned local authority (if applicable)
(i) Certified copy of Madhesi caste certificate issued by the concerned District Administration Office (if applicable)
(j) Certified copy of documents verifying that the applicant is from a conflict-affected family, martyr’s family, injured persons, or their dependents, issued by the Home Ministry or concerned District Administration Office (if applicable)
2 Applicants studying in institutional/private schools must submit self-attested copies of the following documents along with the application:
(a) Copy of Nepali citizenship certificate
