Note: Applications with incomplete documents or those submitted after the deadline will not be processed.
Required Documents
- Written statement (one page) justifying why you deserve financial assistance.
- Attested copies of the citizenship certificate or birth certificate.
- Attested copies of the academic transcripts/mark sheets and character certificate of SLC/SEE level and above.
- Attested copies of the documents related to the previous scholarships, awards earlier.
- Recommendation letters from the concerned VDC or Municipality, or other appropriate government institutions about the financial conditions of the applicant (original & recent).
- Recommendation letters from two referees explaining the financial condition of the applicant and justification for the recommendation.
- Certificates related to victims of democratic movement/minority (backward) Groups (Dalit/ Janajati)/ physically disabled/orphans, victims of natural calamities like earthquakes/flood/etc, from the concerned VDC or Municipality, or other Government institutions
- Scholarship Management Rule 2074 is applicable for their terms and conditions
