Kathmandu University, School of Engineering (KU SoE), is now accepting applications for the KU Need-Based Scholarship from financially disadvantaged students who have been admitted and are studying in the various subjects under its undergraduate program for the academic session 2025.

- Application Starts from: Kartik 23, 2082 (November 9, 2025)
- Application Submission Deadline: Mangsir 14, 2082 (November 30, 2025)
- Submission: The scholarship application form can be obtained from the respective department. The completed form, along with all necessary supporting documents mentioned in the form, must be submitted to the administration of the respective department.
Note: submitted applications with false information will be immediately cancelled, and further disciplinary action will be taken.
