Best Principals of Secondary Schools in Nepal Recognized for Exemplary Educational Leadership
The Principals Association of Nepal (PAN) has announced the recipients of the Best Principal of Secondary School Award for the year 2082. This recognition celebrates the dedication, visionary leadership, and transformative efforts of principals who have significantly contributed to improving the quality of secondary education across Nepal.
The principals were selected through a rigorous evaluation process based on 25 educational standards, ensuring that only the most impactful leaders were recognized. The evaluation committee was led by Professor Dr. Bidya Nath Koirala, a respected education expert and reform advocate.
These outstanding educators were awarded during PAN’s prestigious Second National Conference which was held on City Hall, Pokhara on June 6, 2025 (23rd Jestha 2082). The theme of this conference was "Redefining Leadership Dimensions: Pioneering Change for School Excellence"
More than 1,000 educators, policymakers, and students from across the nation are expected to participate in this national celebration of educational excellence.
