Uniglobe College, situated in New Baneshwor, Kathmandu, has successfully concluded the "14th Uniglobe International Conference" held on Mangsir 25 and 26. This two-day conference aimed to provide students with both theoretical and practical knowledge, as well as education based on research and investigation.

The chief guest inaugurated the program, Vice Chancellor of Pokhara University, Prof. Dr. Bedraj K.C.J. He also said, “This conference is a great opportunity for the participants to gain experience and learn from leading experts in the field of business management.” Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. K.C. said that, since such international conferences will make a significant contribution to students' educational level and research, all other academic institutions need to organize such programs.
The program chairman and conference chief, Prof. Dr. Radheshyam Pradhan, highlighted the importance of research-based teaching methods. He emphasized that new research and exploration in economics, finance, market management, and institutional governance will enhance educational experiences. Welcoming all attendees, Dr. Nar Bahadur Bista, the principal and chairman of Uniglobe College, stated that Uniglobe College aims to play a leading role in the educational sector and will be instrumental in promoting research-based teaching methods across various sectors, including education, economics, and society.
During the program, key speakers included Pokhara University Registrar Prof. Dr. Ajay Thapa, Dean of the Faculty of Management Prof. Dr. Gyaneshwor Sharma, and numerous professors and researchers from both domestic and international universities. They spoke about the significance of the conference.
The event saw participation from 18 direct and nine virtual foreign professors and researchers from countries such as France, Finland, Bangladesh, India, Malaysia, Britain, South Africa, Croatia, and the United States, as well as over 246 researchers from Nepal. A total of 83 research-based working papers were presented, making this the largest international conference organized in Nepal by the number of documents.
Additionally, a program was held to showcase Nepali cultural identity for foreign guests attending the conference. At the conclusion, Dr. Gangadhar Dahal, Managing Director of Uniglobe College, expressed his gratitude to all delegates, researchers, and collaborators who participated in the event.
