Mid-Valley International College (MVIC) has successfully concluded a national conference on the theme "Innovative Business Practices for Sustainable Development in Management and Information Technology" on August 15, 2025. The conference created a powerful platform for academic exchange, research dissemination, and professional networking.
The event commenced with a welcome address and inaugural speech by the Chief Guest, Mrs. Rital Rana, who emphasized the importance of integrating innovation and sustainability in business and technology education. The Special Guest, Mrs. Surina Gurung, shed light on the role of the academic sector in nurturing future leaders capable of solving contemporary challenges.

Coordinated by Conference Coordinator Dr. Padam Dangol, the program was attended by scholars, industry experts, and students from across the country. Keynote speakers Dr. Mahesh Maharjan (Information Technology) and Dr. Hari Raj Rajaure (Management) presented key insights into the changing landscape of management practices, technological advancements, and their role in achieving sustainable development.
The day-long sessions featured in-depth discussions focused on sustainable and innovative business strategies in the fields of management, information technology, hospitality, and tourism. To ensure a rich and relevant academic discourse, only 15 outstanding research papers, carefully selected by MVIC's research department, were approved for presentation.

The conference served as a vibrant hub for exchanging ideas, fostering collaboration, and inspiring practical solutions for sustainable development. By bridging the gap between academia, industry, and policy perspectives, MVIC has once again reinforced its commitment to excellence in education and research.
