IMS Conducts Vision Alignment and Challenge Briefing for Hult Prize 2026

The Organizing Committee of Hult Prize at the Institute of Management Studies (IMS) held a vision alignment and challenge briefing session on 2 January 2026 at the IMS Seminar Hall. The objective of this session was to clarify the vision and values of the Hult Prize and to brief participants on the official challenge theme: the 17 SDGs. This program served as an important guide for the participants to initiate their ideas.

The program focused on understanding the event vision, reviewing the action plan, and assigning roles and responsibilities to committee members. Important areas such as logistics, technical support, media coordination, and on-ground management were discussed to ensure smooth execution of the events. Teamwork, clear communication, and cooperation were strongly emphasized during the session.

The session was hosted by Deputy Campus Director Prajwol Ale Magar.

To deliver the ideas and guide the participants, Ms. Riyaj Nepal, National Coordinator of Hult Prize Nepal, was invited as the speaker. She began the program by sharing her journey with the Hult Prize as a participant. She explained how to align their ideas with the Hult theme and the milestones, which range from on-campus to global competition. which participants had to cross to bring their business ideas to life.

She further explained the Hult Prize challenge simply and highlighted how it encourages young people to develop innovative ideas to solve social problems. Her words motivated the team to work with dedication and unity. Her session definitely encouraged many more people to participate and contribute to the change.

The session ended with all members committing to work responsibly and together to make the Hult Prize events at IMS successful and impactful.
