Padma Kanya Multiple Campus (PKMC) officially kicked off its Hult Prize 2025/26 journey with a high-energy orientation program that drew over 300 students from across various academic disciplines.
The event, aimed at fostering the next generation of social entrepreneurs, saw a massive turnout from departments including BBA, BBM, BIT, BCA, BHM, BCSIT, and Environmental Science. The diverse attendance underscored a growing interdisciplinary interest in using innovation to solve global challenges.

The event, under the theme 'Your idea has no limits', focused on introducing the Hult Prize platform, its global impact, and opportunities for students to become social entrepreneurs.

The orientation was graced by key academic and organizational leaders, including Ms. Bimala Nepal, Acting Campus Chief, Associate Professor Prem Lal Adhikari, On-Campus Hult Prize Representative, Riyaj Nepal, Hult Prize National Coordinator and Saisha Shrestha, National Committee Coordinator.
Speakers encouraged students to look beyond conventional career trajectories, urging them to utilize the Hult Prize platform to create sustainable, impact-driven businesses. The active involvement of the college administration signaled a strong institutional commitment to supporting student-led social ventures.

The program’s success was bolstered by a network of partners committed to youth empowerment and sustainability. NIMTO (Diamond Partner) and Kumari Job (Associate Partner) led the corporate support. Kathmandu Nursery (Plant Partner) and Ather (EV Partner) highlighted the event's focus on environmental consciousness. Similarly, Edusanjal (Education Media Partner) and Global Diary (Technical Partner) provided essential outreach and infrastructure support.
