Hult Prize Orientation Program Successfully Held at Institute of Management Studies

The Hult Prize Orientation Program was successfully held on 26 December 2025 at the Institute of Management Studies (IMS) Seminar Hall. The orientation program was conducted to introduce participants to the Hult Prize initiative, its vision, values, and global impact, while providing a clear understanding of the program's structure, journey, and expectations. The seminar hall was filled with excited and motivated students.

The program was hosted by Ms. Shreya Kapali, who guided the session smoothly and professionally and kept the audience's spirits high throughout.

The organizing member committee dedicated their efforts to running the orientation smoothly, with minimal errors, through coordination and effective communication.

Various roles and responsibilities were assigned to each organizing committee member, including logistics, technical arrangements, media coverage, event management, and more, which were well managed, resulting in a successful program.

The current Campus Director of IMS, Ms. Anushka Phujel, also delivered a speech, encouraging students to participate actively and make the most of the Hult Prize platform.

Following the campus director's speech, Ms. Rebika Tamang performed a traditional dance, which undoubtedly boosted the mood and kept the energy high.

The program was guided by former Business Development Coordinator Aryan Maharjan and former Deputy Campus Director Esha Buddhacharya, whose presence added value to the session. They brought their experiences and their Hult journey to the program.

Their guidance and suggestions inspired the participants to actively engage in future Hult Prize activities, while their valuable insights into the Hult program ensured the audience left the session well-informed.

To further entertain the audience during the orientation program, Mr. Prazwal Ale Magar took over the microphone and hosted a short series of games, including Guess the Logo, Quiz, and Charades. Where the winners were rewarded for their participation and the correct answers.  The main goal of this game session was to encourage audience members to engage with one another and make new connections.

The organizing team expressed satisfaction with the program's successful completion and appreciated the dedication and teamwork of all committee members. The orientation program created a positive foundation for upcoming Hult Prize activities at IMS.
