The program focused on introducing the Business Model Canvas framework and explaining each of its nine building blocks in a clear, understandable manner. Alongside this, the speaker explained fundamental marketing concepts to help participants understand how businesses create value, build brands, and reach their target customers. The session incorporated relevant real-life examples of successful startups and established companies, enabling participants to connect theoretical knowledge with practical application.
