TU Issues Urgent Notice Over Violation of Study Leave Terms

Tribhuvan University, Study Leave Management and Implementation Committee, Kirtipur, has published an urgent notice for Teachers and Staff who did not return to Tribhuvan University Service after utilizing study leave. According to the notice, a breach of the terms and conditions of study leave has been observed, caused by teachers and staff working in various bodies of Tribhuvan University who took study leave but did not return to service at T.U. afterwards.

Teachers and staff who took study leave but have not reported for duty, did not complete the required service period as per the terms, were removed from service, had their resignation accepted but did not complete the clearance process, or submitted a resignation that was not approved are hereby requested to contact the Committee Office or via email at studyleave@tu.edu.np within 35 (thirty-five) days from the date this notice was published. Failing to comply will result in the initiation of legal action as per Tribhuvan University regulations.
