Tribhuvan University (TU) Faculty of Law has scrapped all recent decisions and proceedings concerning the addition of new academic programs and class sections. According to a formal notice issued by the TU Office of the Dean in Balkhu, this cancellation follows a directive from the TU Executive Council dated Magh 20, 2082.
As a result of this cancellation, the Office of the Vice-Chancellor’s Planning Directorate has instructed the Faculty of Law to return all application and feasibility study fees previously collected from the affected educational institutions.
Following these directives, the Dean’s Office has issued a 30-day deadline for respective educational institutions to claim their refunds. For the purpose of refunding these amounts into their accounts, the respective educational institutions are requested to submit an application to the Dean’s Office, Faculty of Law, Balkhu, Kathmandu, within the given deadline, including the following:
- Account Holder’s Name (maintained in the name of the educational institution).
- Bank Name and Account Number (clearly mentioned).
- Official Letter from the institution, including the contact number of an authorized person.
- Photocopy of a Cheque for the bank account held in the name of the educational institution.
Additionally, it is requested that the application letter and the required documents (including the cheque photocopy) be submitted via email to the Faculty of Law at admin@fol.edu.np.
