Tribhuvan University Mandates Online Student Services Through New Student Portal

Tribhuvan University (TU), Office of the Controller of Examinations, has issued an urgent notice requiring all students to use its official digital portal for academic services. 

According to the notice, students must personally fill out the following online services operated by the TU Office of the Controller of Examinations, Balkhu, for transcripts, registration, and other essential services via the STUDENT PORTAL: student.exam.tu.edu.np.

Benefits for students filling out Online Forms personally:

  • Forms can be filled from any location without having to stay in line.
  • By filling out the registration personally, details such as name, address, and date of birth will not be incorrect.
  • If students perform their own Registration Entry, the same user ID can be used in the future for exam forms, retotaling, transcripts/provisional certificates, convocation, and other services.
  • Filling out exam or retotaling forms personally reduces the chances of selecting the wrong subjects.
  • Applications for Transcript and Provisional certificates can be submitted at the same time.
