Tribhuvan University’s Executive Council has made appointments to nine key positions across various departments and faculties.
D. N. Parajuli has been appointed as the Dean of the Faculty of Law, while Laxman Paudel has been appointed as the Controller of Examinations at Tribhuvan University. Similarly, Ram Krishna Tiwari has been appointed as the Executive Director of the Curriculum Development Centre, Yam Bahadur Gurung as the Director of the Affiliated Institutions Directorate, and Bishnu Pandey as the Director of the Centre for International Relations.
Likewise, Avatar Subedi has been appointed as the Assistant Dean of the Faculty of Education, Kabi Raj Paudel as the Deputy Controller of Examinations, Thakur Wagle as the Chief of Saraswati Campus, Yam Bahadur KC as the Chief of Hetauda Forestry Campus, and Anju Kandel as the Head of the Department of Lalitkala (Fine Arts).
According to Rector Khadga KC, these appointments were made based on recommendations from the evaluation committee following a public call for applications. However, the appointment for the position of Director of Student Welfare has been put on hold as the recommendation process is still ongoing.
