Tribhuvan University has decided to provide an opportunity for students who have not yet submitted their thesis.
A meeting of the Standing Committee of the Academic Council of Tribhuvan University made the decision to allow students who were registered before 2020 and have already completed their coursework and passed examinations under both the annual and semester systems, but have not yet submitted their thesis, to submit it.
According to the Office of the Academic Council, such students will be able to submit their theses to the respective Dean’s Office by the end of Asar 2083 (mid-July 2026).
The office believes that this decision will benefit students who were compelled to leave their studies incomplete due to various circumstances, giving them a chance to complete their academic requirements.
