Prof. Dr. Gyaneshwor Sharma has been appointed as the Dean of the Faculty of Management at Pokhara University.
According to the university's spokesperson, Lok Prasad Dhakal, the Executive Council meeting of the university appointed Prof. Dr. Sharma to the position of Dean of the Faculty of Management for a four-year term . Sharma was engaged as a professor at the School of Business, Pokhara University. The appointment was made in accordance with Section 27(3) of the Pokhara University Act, 2053 BS.
Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. Bed Raj KC administered the oath of office and secrecy to the newly appointed Dean at a special ceremony held on Bhadra 4, 2025, at the Vice-Chancellor's office.
