Hima Aus Offshore presents Hult Prize at IOE, Pulchowk Campus successfully organized its Orientation Programme and Panel Discussion, marking the official launch of the Hult Prize 2025 season. The event aimed to inspire students to address global challenges with innovative, sustainable ideas.

The program was supported by:

The day unfolded in two phases: a morning orientation session and an afternoon panel discussion, reflecting the growing enthusiasm of Nepali youth toward social entrepreneurship.

Orientation Session

The orientation began at 11:15 AM with the national anthem, setting a unifying tone. Emcees Sagar Regmi (Technical Manager) and Anjila Bashyal welcomed attendees and acknowledged sponsors and guests, including:

The inauguration featured a symbolic plant-watering ceremony to represent sustainability and growth.

A welcome musical performance was delivered by Shirshak Subedi, whose rendition of “Gauri Khet Ko Sirai Hanyo” added cultural warmth to the event.

Mr. Raunak Mishra then presented this year’s theme "UNLIMITED", urging students to think boldly and challenge boundaries.

A detailed presentation by Ms. Riyaj Nepal guided participants through the global Hult Prize structure, opportunities, past success stories, and the value of joining the competition. Her engaging delivery motivated students to pursue impactful ideas.

The session concluded with a cake-cutting ceremony and distribution of appreciation tokens, ending at around 1:00 PM.

Panel Discussion: Entrepreneurship & Social Impact

The second session began at 1:30 PM, moderated by Sagar Regmi. Five distinguished panelists shared actionable insights based on their entrepreneurial journeys:

The event concluded with the distribution of appreciation tokens such as custom keyrings, plant pots, and gift hampers. Informal networking followed, ending the event around 3:30 PM.
