KATHMANDU, August 14 – The newly appointed vice-chancellors of four different health science academies were sworn in today by Prime Minister and Chancellor K.P. Sharma Oli. The ceremony took place at the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers in Singhadurbar.
The vice-chancellors who took the oath of office and secrecy are:
- Prof. Dr. Bikram Prasad Shrestha of B.P. Koirala Institute of Health Sciences
- Assoc. Prof. Dr. Poojan Kumar Rokaya of Karnali Academy of Health Sciences
- Prof. Dr. Buddhi Prasad Paudyal of Patan Academy of Health Sciences
- Prof. Dr. Bharat Bahadur Khatri of Pokhara Academy of Health Sciences
During the event, Chancellor Oli extended his best wishes to the newly sworn-in officials, urging them to work with transparency and integrity.
