The National Examination Board (NEB) has published a notice informing all concerned regarding the execution of the work for the purpose of integrating the SEE grade sheet with GPA and issuing the certificate for students who participated in the 2081 Grade Increment Examination and have obtained a minimum passing grade (or 'Graded' status) and possess two or more Grade Sheets.
Addressing the difficulties students across the country face in reaching the center office, and the time and cost required to obtain their integrated grade sheet with GPA and certificate, NEB on 2082/07/20 issued an important notice for all concerned entities to follow the procedure for integrating 2081 SEE grade sheets from their side.
With this initiative, the students no longer need to reach the NEB office at Bhaktapur to obtain the final integrated grade sheet and certificate, as they can apply for the integrated grade sheet from their schools at just Rs. 500.
The notice directs all Education Development and Coordination Units, Provincial Education Directorates, schools, and other stakeholders to follow the following procedure to ensure the consolidation of grade sheets and the issuance of certificates.
Role of Students:
- Students from secondary schools across districts who participated in the 2081 (Grade Increment) Examination and obtained a minimum or Graded score and possess two or more grade sheets, must submit their applications to their respective schools by 2082/08/22 for the purpose of consolidation, and the concerned schools must ensure the collection of applications along with the necessary documents.
Role of Schools:
2. Schools must collect applications from their students who have received two or more minimum or Graded grade sheets, along with photocopies of the grade sheets, citizenship/birth certificates. They should fill out the form (which must be downloaded from the website), and deposit the necessary fee of Rs 500 per student for revenue purposes. The school will then submit the application, the filled-out form, and the original bank voucher showing the lump sum deposit of the revenue amount (the school can collect cash from students and deposit the total amount together) to the Education Development and Coordination Unit by the end of Mangsir 2082.
3. For the purpose of consolidation, based on the number of students, the school must deposit the lump sum revenue amount into the National Examination Board's account at Rastriya Banijya Bank or Nepal Bank, under the Office Code 350313301 and Revenue Heading 14223, and submit the voucher to the Education Development and Coordination Unit.
Role of Education Development and Coordination Unit
4. The Education Development and Coordination Unit will verify and accept the revenue voucher and the applications submitted by the schools and will establish a separate registration book for this purpose, recording the applications in the office's regular registration book.
5. The files collected in this manner should be arranged to be sent to the Office of Controller of Examinations (OCE) via short medium every week. The OCE will then carry out the necessary action as soon as possible and arrange to send them back to the respective district via short or medium, and the district will then arrange for distribution to the students through the concerned school.
6. The provision to allow students to apply directly to the OCE for grade sheet consolidation will also be maintained. Students who do not get their grade sheets consolidated through the school within the stipulated time can still come to the OCE and get them consolidated at any time later.
7. When consolidating grade sheets, students must include the following documents:
a. photocopies of the grade sheets received,
b. a photocopy of the birth certificate or citizenship certificate (for verification if the name or date of birth differs on two or more grade sheets),
c. a photocopy of the admit card,
d. the original application, and
e. the revenue voucher.
8. Based on the applications received from the district, the OCE will prepare the consolidated certificate (integrated certificate) and send it to the Education Development and Coordination Unit, and the Unit will arrange for it to be made available to the students through the school.
9. The form that students need to fill out for grade sheet consolidation is available on the Examination Control Office Class 10 website: www.see.gov.np.
