Tribhuvan University, Faculty of Management, Office of the Controller of Examinations, has published a notice regarding the opportunity to fill the chance examination form for fourth-semester Master of Business Studies (MBS) and Master of Public Administration (MPA) students.
This opportunity is for students admitted in 2023 who were either absent or failed in a maximum of two subjects during the regular examinations.
Key Dates
Form submission deadline (with regular fee): Kartik 25, 2082 (November 11, 2025)
Form submission deadline (with late fee): Mangsir 01, 2082 (November 17, 2025)
Late fee:
- Rs. 500 per student per semester for 2082/07/26 and 2082/07/27 (2 days)
- Rs. 1,000 per student per semester for 2082/07/28 and 2082/07/29 (next 2 days)
- Rs. 2,500 per student per semester for 2082/07/30 and 2082/08/01 (final 2 days)
- The collected amount must be deposited in the bank on the same day.
Note:
- A copy of the Result Ledger/transcript from the regular examination must be attached to the application form. Forms submitted without this document will not be accepted.
- The examination form is available from the Examination Control Division of the faculty. Alternatively, it can be downloaded from www.fomecd.edu.np, printed on legal-size paper, and then filled out.
- Candidates must submit their examination fees to their respective campuses or colleges. The campus/college will then deposit the collected fees in a lump sum into the Nepal Bank Limited, Kirtipur branch account (A/C No. 045-001-00099066000001) under the name of the Dean's Office, Faculty of Management, T.U., Kirtipur. The original deposit voucher must be attached to the examination form.
