KMC Invites Claims and Objections for School Name, Location, and Ownership Changes
Degrees Offered in Nepal

Kathmandu Metropolitan City (KMC) has issued a call for claims and objections to the applications submitted by schools seeking to change their names, locations, and ownership. The metropolitan city's Department of Education issued a public notice on Tuesday, Shrawan 28, requesting that concerned individuals or organizations submit their claims or objections within 35 days of the notice being published.

The metropolitan city recorded numerous such applications after the schools initiated the process of changing their names, locations, and ownership through the company registrar's office. Based on the same petition, the metropolitan city has given stakeholders 35 days to review and submit their claims or objections, along with supporting evidence.

The metropolitan city has also clarified that, if no objections are received within the specified time, the process will proceed as per the applicant's request. However, the metropolis clarified that this notification does not constitute final approval for the proposed changes.
