The National Examinations Board (NEB), Examination Controller's Office, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur, has officially published the final phase of the re-totaling result for the Grade 12 annual examinations on Friday, Ashoj 24, 2082.
NEB published the results for the examinees who had applied for re-totaling within Shrawan 29, 2082 B.S., following dissatisfaction with their grades in the Grade 12 annual examinations conducted from 21st Baisakh to 2nd Jestha, 2082. The publication of the final list follows the decision made by the Answer Sheet Re-Totaling Committee on Ashoj 24, 2082.
Important Instructions for Students
- To receive the updated/changed grade sheet, students must contact the relevant institution of the board or directly contact NEB with their original grade sheet after 10 days of the result publication.
Notes:
- Except for the retotaling result of previously published subjects and the subjects listed above, no change has been made to the retotaling result of those who have applied for other subjects.
- Examinees who are dissatisfied with the retotaling result and wish to check the answer sheet can submit an application to the board's Provincial Examination Management Committee/ Branch Office or the NEB, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur, within 10 days from the date of result publication by paying Rs 2,000 per subject within Kartik 11, 2082.
- The form for checking the answer sheet will be available from the Examination Management Committee/ Branch Office or the NEB, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur.
- The form for checking the answer sheet must be signed/attested by the student's school/principal, along with a photograph of the student affixed to the document.
- The application form must be attached with a photocopy of the entrance card and gradesheet.
- Examinees who didn't apply for re-totaling, are not allowed to apply for checking the answer sheet.
- Any technical error or mistake in the result will be corrected in accordance with the records maintained in the Examination Controller's Office.
