Pokhara University is gearing up for its upcoming 20th convocation ceremony, scheduled to take place on February 20, 2026 (Falgun 8, 2082). The event invites graduates from diverse academic levels to partake in the celebration of their achievements.
Students are required to complete an online form available on the Examination Control Office's website. The submission window for the form is set from Magh 1, 2082 to Magh 20, 2082.
Eligibility for PU Convocation Ceremony
To be eligible for participation, students must have their transcript issued on or after February 06, 2025 (Magh 24, 2081), and a crucial requirement is either having received the transcript or submitting an application for it by February 25, 2026 (Magh 11, 2082).
Application Procedure and Required Documents:
- Convocation certificates will be prepared based on the form data. Names in Nepali must match the Citizenship Certificate, and names in English must match the Transcript. The student will be responsible for any mistakes.
- Passport-size photo (1.1" x 1.4"), Scanned copy of Citizenship Certificate, and Scanned copy of Transcript are required to be uploaded.
Note: All scanned documents must be in color. - After submission, students must download the slip from the Online Portal dashboard. This slip is mandatory to collect and return the convocation gown.
- A mandatory fee of Rs. 7,500/- (Rs. 5,000/- for the convocation certificate fee and Rs. 2,500/- for the convocation dress bond) must be deposited into the Online Portal.
- A fee of Rs. 300 will be deducted from the gown deposit for maintenance.
- The gown distribution is scheduled for Falgun 6 and 7, 2082 (10:00 AM to 4:30 PM) at the Office of the Controller of Examinations, Dhungepatan, Pokhara.
