Minister of Education, Science, and Technology Mahabir Pun has provided four specific directions to the Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT).
CTEVT has been instructed to prepare a framework to improve the existing curriculum and incorporate innovation, and to submit this framework by the end of Ashoj (mid-October).
Furthermore, Education Minister Pun informed via social media platform Facebook on Thursday evening that instructions have also been given to create an integrated calendar and to make arrangements to publish examination results within three months mandatorily.
CTEVT has been directed to immediately establish and operate a branch within its office to hear the grievances of students, parents, and teachers, and to document and address the complaints received.
Finally, instructions have also been given to investigate all applications for affiliation received from the year 2069 BS (2012/2013 AD) until now, which should be submitted as a report by the end of Ashoj, and to immediately decide on whether or not to grant affiliation.
