The Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT), in collaboration with the Directorate of Training Development, has officially announced the reopening of the application process for the 24-month Pre-Diploma Level Industrial Trainee (Apprenticeship) Program for the academic session 2082/083.
This decision follows the completion of the first round of admissions, where the results of the merit lists after interviews conducted on 2082/08/01. As there are still seats vacant in some educational institutions, and following requests from affiliated institutions and the ENSSURE project, the application process is being reopened to complete admissions till Mansgir 25, 2082. Therefore, this notice is published to provide information to all concerned parties for the admission process to proceed as follows.
Selection Process:
- Last Date for ITMS Online Entry: Until Mangsir 12, 2082
- Last Date for Online Application Form Verification: Mangsir 12, 2082
- Date and Location of Interview: Mangsir 14, 2082; 9:00 AM at the respective affiliated educational institution.

The Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT) has officially opened applications for its Pre-Diploma Level Apprenticeship Program for the upcoming academic session 2082/83.
The 24-month free training program is set to be conducted in the academic session 2082/083 (2025/2026) in coordination with the Training Development Division. This notice serves to inform interested Nepali citizens of the admission process and eligibility criteria for the training slots available at CTEVT constituent, affiliated, partner, and TECS community schools authorized to run the Apprenticeship program.

- Application form available and to submitted at : Designated educational institutions (also can be downloaded from the CTEVT's website- https://www.ctevtexam.org.np or https://www.enssure.org.np)
- Last date for the school for Online Entry in ITMS: Kartik 30, 2082 till 11:59 PM on Sunday, (The school must review and compulsorily enter the received application forms daily into ITMS Online from the day the Online Entry opens.)
- Interview Date and Time: Mangsir 1, 2082, from 9:00 AM on Monday
- Interview Centers: Respective educational institutions
Eligibility Criteria:
- Must have passed the SEE or equivalent exam, OR must have attended the examination of all subjects of the SEE or equivalent exam.
- The interested applicant must be mentally and physically fit for the relevant training/instruction.
- Must be a Nepali citizen aged above 16 years.
- Candidates belonging to Dalit, Janajati (Indigenous Nationalities), Disabled, Muslim, Madhesi, remote areas, and economically disadvantaged groups must submit a recommendation letter from the concerned local body.
Trainee Selection
Selection of eligible and interested candidates will be made on a merit basis, considering their total marks and the program-specific quota. The evaluation is based on a total of 100 full marks, broken down as follows:

The selection, admission, and evaluation of trainees are to be conducted according to the "Pre-Diploma Level Industrial Trainee Training (Apprenticeship) - Trainee Selection, Admission, and Evaluation Directive, 2082," as mentioned on https://www.enssure.org.np or https://www.ctevtexam.org.
Facilities for Apprentices:
- Free Education Opportunity.
- Transportation allowance of Rs. 100/- (Rupees One Hundred only) per trainee will be provided per day.
Required Documents
a) Two recent passport-sized (35mm x 45mm) photographs
b) Certified photocopy of the Grade Sheet/Certificate of passing the SEE or an equivalent examination, or having participated in all subjects of that examination.
c) Certified photocopy of the Nepali Citizenship or Birth Certificate.
Applicants must attach the above certified photocopies with the filled application form and submit them to the relevant educational institution. The concerned educational institution will be responsible for filling and submitting/getting the application forms in the ITMS Online system within the stipulated timeframe. Application forms that do not meet the minimum required qualifications will be automatically cancelled.
