Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT), Office of the Controller of Examinations, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur, has published for the information of all concerned regarding the decision to include a QR code in Transcripts for Diploma/Certificate Level programs and Original Certificates for Pre-Diploma Level programs.
These documents will be issued through ITMS Online, and the decision will be effective starting from the date Mangsir 1, 2025 (November 17, 2025). The notice can be also be viewed on www.ctevtexam.org.np.
