According to the annual examination system of the Tribhuvan University Office of the Controller of Examinations, Balkhu, this notice is published for the information of all concerned about the submission of examination application forms according to the decision of the Central Examination Operation Committee. This applies to students appearing for the first-year partial and chance examinations for the 4-Year Bachelor's Programs in B.B.S., B.F.A., B.Ed., B.Sc., and B.A. for the year 2081, to be conducted in 2082.
1. Regarding the Examination Application Form
- The examination application form must be filled out online by the student/campus, completing all necessary processes. The TU Office of the Controller of Examinations will not be held responsible if the process is not followed correctly.
- For those who enrolled in the 4-year Bachelor's level in 2073 BS and appeared for the first-year exam for the first time in 2074 BS, this will be the final opportunity for the first-year exam. Regarding chance exams, students will be eligible as per the rules established since the start of the 4-year program.
- All examinees must compulsorily mention their previous Roll Number on the examination application form.
- A recent passport-sized photograph with a white background, taken within the last 3 months, is required to fill out the examination application form.
- If a copy of the admit card is required during the examination period, the student must contact their respective campus.
2. Regarding the Deadline for Submission of Fees
- a) Students appearing for regular and partial exams must fill out and submit the online examination form at their respective campus/college from 2082/09/06 to 2082/10/06 by paying the normal fee.
- b) Forms can be submitted with a double fee from 2082/10/09 to 2082/10/16.
