Call for Skill Testing by National Skill Testing Board (NSTB) 2082

The National Skills Testing Committee (NSTB) of the Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT), Sanothimi, Bhaktapur, calls for applications for skill testing. This notice invites interested candidates from various occupations to apply for Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 skill tests.

The operation will be carried out at a subsidized fee. Interested Nepali citizens aged 16 or above who have returned from an overseas job or have experience in a comparable field are encouraged to apply.

Key Details

The National Skills Testing Committee (NSTB) of the Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT) has set the following eligibility:

Eligibility for Application for Level 1 

At least 1 year of work experience in the relevant profession with knowledge and skills in the relevant business, or 6 months of work experience including related business training,

Eligibility for Application for Level 2

At least 3 years of work experience in the relevant profession with knowledge and skills in the relevant business, or passed level 1 skill test in the related business, and having 1 year of work experience in the related business.

Eligibility for Application for Level 3

At least 5 years of work experience in the relevant profession with knowledge and skills in the relevant business, or 1-year training in related business and 2 years working experience in related business, or Passed level 2 skill test in related business and got 1-year work experience in related business.

Required Documents

• 2 copies of a recently taken passport-size photo (of the same kind),
• A copy of the citizenship certificate,
• A training or experience certificate must be submitted.

Skill Testing Fee

• Passed examinees can obtain the Skill Certificate and Skill Identity Card after paying Rs. 150/-.
