Tribhuvan University (TU), Office of the Controller of Examinations, has published the exam form fill-up notice for the third year of 4-year Bachelor level programs 2082 for regular and partial examinees. The notice is applicable to students enrolled in the 4-year BA, BBS., BSc., B.Ed., and BFA programs.
TU has mandated that all examination application forms be filled out online through the university’s digital portal. Students and their respective campuses are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the data submitted.
Application form submission deadline :
- Normal Fee Submission: From Mangsir 25, 2082, to Poush 30, 2082
- Late Fee (Double Fee) Submission Deadline: Magh 3 to Magh 10, 2082
- Application forms must be submitted to the respective campuses/colleges within these dates.
Regarding Examination Application Forms:
a) Examination forms must be filled out online by the student or the campus, completing all necessary processes. The Office of the Controller of Examinations (TU) will not be responsible for any errors.
b) For students who enrolled in 2074 BS and appeared for the 1st-year exam for the first time in 2075 BS, this will be the final opportunity to take the 3rd-year examination.
c) All students, except regular ones, must compulsorily mention their previous Symbol Number (Roll No.) on the application form.
d) A recent passport-size photograph (taken within the last 3 months) with a white background is required for the application.
e) If a duplicate admit card is required during the examination period, students must contact their respective campus.
Examination Fees:
- Fee per section for Regular/Partial examinees: Rs. 470
- Examination application form: Rs. 60
- Examination center fee: Rs 100
- Practical examination fee (per subject): Rs 150
- Practical examination fee (for two or more subjects): Rs. 275
