As per the 2021 census, the municipality has a total population of 95,410, comprising 46,753 males (49.0%) and 48,657 females (51.0%), with a literacy rate of 63.04%. Spanning 94.2 square kilometers, Siraha Municipality exhibits the population density of 1,013 people per square kilometer. Administratively, it is divided into 22 wards.
