Ribdikot Rural Municipality is one of the 10 municipalities in Palpa District of Lumbini Province. As per the 2021 census, the rural municipality has a total population of 15,473, comprising 7,026 males (45.4%) and 8,447 females (54.6%), with a literacy rate of 80.58%. Spanning 124.55 square kilometers, Ribdikot Rural Municipality exhibits the population density of 124 people per square kilometer. Administratively, it is divided into 8 wards.

According to the latest publicly available report of the Center for Education and Human Resource Development (CEHRD), Ribdikot has 38 schools. Of these, 1 are private and 37 are public.
