Gangajamuna

Gangajamuna Rural Municipality is one of the 13 municipalities in Dhading District of Bagmati Province. As per the 2021 census, the rural municipality has a total population of 19,265, comprising 9,307 males (48.3%) and 9,958 females (51.7%), with a literacy rate of 67.79%. Spanning 152.72 square kilometers, Gangajamuna Rural Municipality exhibits the population density of 126 people per square kilometer. Administratively, it is divided into 7 wards.

According to the latest publicly available report of the Center for Education and Human Resource Development (CEHRD), Gangajamuna has 41 schools. Of these, 41 are public.
