Rapti Rural Municipality is one of the 10 municipalities in Dang District of Lumbini Province. As per the 2021 census, the rural municipality has a total population of 52,123, comprising 24,817 males (47.6%) and 27,306 females (52.4%), with a literacy rate of 79.37%. Spanning 161.07 square kilometers, Rapti Rural Municipality exhibits the population density of 324 people per square kilometer. Administratively, it is divided into 8 wards.
