Can I get add mission pokhara university for nursing ?

I want to get admission in pokhara university for nursing. Since I have passed CEE with good grades of 104.75 and I have all requirements for admission purpose but the only problem is I have already admitted in other collage but due to some personal problem I can’t study there. So due to this reason I want to join this collage.
