What is the fee for the CTEVT courses?

How to apply for the transcript of CTEVT?

For CTEVT transcript follow the following process:

  1. Visit the Office of the Controller of Examination of CTEVT at Sanothimi and submit the application form.
  2. Submit NPR 420 as application fee (Fee Will Be Waived If Taken Within 35 Days Of Original Certificate)
  3. Submit the application form along with the required documents

Required Documents:

  • SLC/SEE Certificates,
  • Certificate From CTEVT,
  • Marksheet, and
  • Registration Slip Copy

Note: It takes 3 working days for the document to be ready

How to apply for Diploma/PCL transcripts, certificates, and migration in case of loss or damage?

If the original transcripts, certificates, or migration documents from CTEVT have been lost or damaged (e.g., by fire), students can apply for a copy of the original certificates from the Controller of Examinations at CTEVT's office in Sanothimi. Follow these steps:

  • Direct Visit to the Office: Students need to visit the CTEVT Controller of Examinations in Sanothimi and submit the application form.
  • Required documents:
    -Copy of Marksheet and certificate of SEE/SLC and CTEVT 
    -Police report justifying the case of loss or burning
    -Fees Rs 1020
  • Certificates are issued seven days after application submission.
