Training Workshop On 'Health Research Proposal Development'

The Nepal Health Research Council will conduct a six-day training workshop on "Health Research Proposal Development" for Nepalese Researchers across seven provinces in Nepal in the fiscal year 2082/83. Therefore, interested Nepalese researchers are requested to apply within Shrawan 15, 2082 (July 31, 2025). 

Feature of this training

1. During the training, the participants or a group of participants will prepare a complete research proposal.
2. The best proposal from each province will be awarded a research grant.
3. Each selected proposal will be mentored by one or group of the trainers.
4. After the proposal implementation, participants will be involved in a data analysis training, followed by a report writing training of NHRC based on the data collected through their proposals (prepared during first training) and research.

Eligibility Criteria for the training:

1. Applicant must be a Nepali citizen.
2. Possession of at least a Bachelor's Degree in Health Sciences/Health-Related Sciences and a minimum of one year of working experience in the health sector after the completion of the Bachelor's Degree.

• Updated Curriculum Vitae (CV)
• Photocopy of Highest Degree Received
• Photocopy of Experience Letter

Selection Process:

Participants who meet the minimum criteria will be selected on a first-come, first-served basis. The NHRC reserves the right to resolve any issues that may arise.

Note: 100% attendance is required, otherwise certificate of participation will not be issued.
