Tribhuvan University 51st Convocation Ceremony Notice

Tribhuvan University, Office of the Controller of Examinations, Balkhu, Kathmandu, publishes a form-fill-up notice for participation in the 51st Convocation of Tribhuvan University.

This is to inform all qualified candidates (who have passed the following exams and received their transcripts on the following dates) interested in participating in the 51st Convocation of Tribhuvan University that they are requested to complete the online application form.

Key Dates

Event Date: From Poush 01 to Poush 08, 2082 (December 16 to December 23, 2024)
Time: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Location: TU Examination Control Office, Balkhu
Required Documents: It is mandatory to bring the Gown Collection Card and Participation Form received while completing the Online Form to participate in the convocation.
Note: Gowns, scarves, and hats will not be distributed at the ceremony venue from Poush 09, 2082 to Poush 10, 2082. Students must collect them by the Poush 08, 2082.

Dress Code:

Male Students: Coat, pants, tie, and Bhadgaunle Topi, along with the gown/scarf/hat provided by TU.
Female Students: Formal dress or saree/blouse along with the gown/scarf/hat provided by TU.

Certificate Distribution:

Location:

The certificate distribution counter is on the north side of Dasharath Stadium, near the Nepal Army Headquarters. Students should contact the designated counter according to the SMS they received.

Required Document:

The ceremony slip was received when completing the online form.
Students who attend the ceremony but cannot collect their certificates on the day, and those who applied to participate but could not attend, can collect their certificates later from the TU Examination Control Office, Records, and Certificates Division, Room No. 3, Balkhu.

Return of Gowns/Scarves/Hats and Refund of Deposits:

Dates: From Poush 13 to the end of Poush, at TU Examination Control Office, Balkhu, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM (including holidays).
Procedure: Return the gown/scarf/hat and the Gown Return Form received when completing the online form. The deposit amount of NPR 1,200/- will be refunded via the student's bank account after deducting NPR 300/- for maintenance. No refund will be given if the gown/scarf/hat is lost or not returned. If damaged, NPR 300/- for the scarf, NPR 400/- for the hat, and NPR 500/- for the gown will be deducted from the deposit.
